·NO CHILDREN POLICY
Regrettably children under the age of 12 years (unless they are receiving a treatment) cannot be accommodated at Authentics as it unfortunately has proven to be disruptive.

· Please advise therapist if you suffer from any medical condition.
· We advise that bookings be made in advance to secure your preferred date and time of treatment
· Robes and slippers will be provided.
· We recommend that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time.
· We accept cash and all major credit & debit cards.
· As a courtesy, we request that you advise of cancellation or rescheduling at least 24 hours prior to your appointment to avoid being charged in full.
· Late arrival will result in a reduced treatment time and the full charge will still apply.
· We also request that cellular phones be switched off or on silent mode.
